Winter Vehicle Checklist

Use this simple checklist to determine your vehicle’s winter maintenance needs. Many of the items on the list can be inspected by a car owner in less than an hour, but others should be performed by a certified technician!

1. Flush & refill antifreeze
2. Change engine oil and filter
3. Check tire tread & pressure
4. Check brakes
5. Check drive belts
6. Check wipers & washer fluid
7. Check battery, lights & heater
8. Check transmission, brakes & power steering fluids
9. Keep your gas tank more than 1/2 full
10. Get your car to a service for a regular routine check, they may see some stuff that you don’t

7. Window washer solvent
